Today marks the end of the shortest month of the year. With only 28 days in 2014, February has a way of feeling like the longest month every Canadian year.  It's cold, mostly unpleasant and just drags on. But that's predictable of February, isn't it? 

Tomorrow March begins and with it brings the promise of spring. Or does it? March has a way of surprising us. Unlike February it's hard to accurately predict what the forecast will bring. Come to think of it, March is a lot like the real estate market.
